Q1: When is the best time to take it?

Take 1 packet daily, after breakfast or within 30 minutes after a meal. Taking it on an empty stomach is not recommended. Dietary fat consumed with a meal helps the body absorb and utilise the collagen peptides and botanical extracts.

Q2: Can I mix it into a drink?

Yes. The liquid packet can be squeezed directly into the mouth or mixed with warm water below 60°C, milk, yoghurt or juice without affecting the absorption of the active ingredients. Mixing it with carbonated or alcoholic drinks is not recommended.

Q3: Can I take it during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?

This product is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. It contains PQQ and multiple active peptides, and safety data for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding are currently limited.

Q4: Can men take it?

Yes. The skin and joint benefits of collagen and PQQ are not gender-specific. Men can also experience collagen loss, sagging skin and dull-looking skin caused by late nights.

Q5: Does this product have any side effects?

This product has a good safety profile. Taking it with or after a meal is recommended to reduce gastrointestinal irritation.
