Taste good. Im definitely not snacking as much. The downfall with it though is I find the huge bag with 60 smaller half filled bags incredibly excessive for packaging. The bag is an annoying shape and inconvenient to store. It takes up a huge space for what is actually inside. Would be better in a small jar and not individually wrapped. To take out with me I use my tiny reusable pill container. No need for individual wrapping.

Awesome product
Eating to keep up with littles or boredom or emotional eating is so much easier to manage in conjunction with these. I eat a smaller lunch, snack less. Doing well 🫶🏻
